White, best known for her vibrant, abstract paintings that resemble the cosmos, will be exhibiting two bodies of work, Vaho and Sideral. The Vaho series was created using White's own breath. Blowing pigmented bubbles onto board, White pursued an investigation of color, its movement and its evolution. The work is complemented by Sideral, which combines videos and lightboxes that further White's study of color.
Together the works form a compilation of new pictorial techniques based largely on the origin of the universe and its creation.
